One of the founding principles of luxeFIT is to provide healthy, delicious, locally produced meals for our guests to enjoy.  Our villa comes staffed with a private chef and we have taken great care to develop menus that reflect the culture of the island, as well as meet guest’s nutritional needs.

Given the intensity and number of workouts, and how generally active everyone will be throughout the week, the food provided during the fitness retreat will keep everyone full and performing at their best.  Every meal will have vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and other options to meet any dietary restrictions.  No matter what your tastes are, you will not go hungry!

Breakfasts will be a colorful extravaganza, consisting of fresh fruit and smoothies, eggs, toast and various cereal options.  We will also provide coffee, tea, milk and fresh juices.

Lunch, whether at the villa or out on the island, will vary from sandwiches, salads and wraps to seafood and pasta. 

Dinner will give guests the opportunity to try foods they may not have tasted before…flying fish, anyone? There will also be a couple of evenings when we’ll eat out at local restaurants with varied cuisines, so guests will have numerous options from which to choose.  Dinner at the villa will always include vegetarian/vegan options, as well as options for carnivores and pescatarians.

Outside of planned meals, we understand that guests will get hungry throughout the day.  If you find yourself looking for a snack, head to the kitchen with a fully stocked refrigerator and pantry, and help yourself to fresh fruit, juice, chips, nuts and protein bars. If you are in the mood for something specific, you can walk over to the nearby market to satisfy your craving.
