BARBADOS 2018

Dates TBD

Sweaty training sessions, surfing, snorkeling with sea turtles, yoga and underground caves? Yes, please!

Although Barbados is known to have some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and is a hot spot for all types of water sports, there are plenty of things to do away from the beach.  Barbados offers world class dining, shopping, nightlife, golf, and tennis. Because it is a British territory, cricket, horse racing and polo are also extremely popular.

The capital, Bridgetown, a UNESCO world Heritage Site, is home to one of the oldest synagogues in the Western Hemisphere, Nidhe Israel.  Barbados is also home to the world's oldest Rum Distillery, Mount Gay, which has been producing rum since 1703.  During your retreat, you will have time to tour these sites or any others that may be of interest.
