ANTIGUA ITINERARY

Come explore the incredible island of Antigua with luxeFIT.  This fitness retreat really offers something for everyone!  Each day will start with a HIIT style workout at the villa, to get our day off to a great start!  After the morning workouts, we'll take the time to explore the island.  

We are going to take advantage of the beautiful beaches by spending a day learning to wakeboard, paddleboard, and if conditions allow, even kitesurf!  We'll also head to Shirley Heights for their famous Sunday night BBQ, with great food, music and views.  On Monday, we'll visit the nearby island of Montserrat, where we'll spend the day hiking and exploring the Soufrière Hills volcano.  It is often said that the best way to see Antigua is from the water, which is exactly what we'll do on Tuesday.  We'll hop on a private boat and explore some of the most beautiful landmarks in the waters near the island, including The Pillars of Hercules and Devil's Bridge.  No visit to Antigua would be complete without a stop at Stingray City, where you can hold, pet and play with these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat.  Wednesday morning will be spent flying high above the rainforest on Antigua's own Zip Line and Challenge Course.  The course is comprised of 12 zip lines, 9 challenge elements, 2 suspensions bridges and a tree house...this tour is not for the faint of heart!  Thursday, our last full day in Antigua, is free for guests to explore on their own.  We'll end our adventure on Friday, with a morning yoga session, a final workout, and brunch before saying our goodbyes and departing the villa.
